Cambridge, Mass. - Junior Hannah Dolan of the Stony Brook volleyball team has been named America East Setter of the Week after directing the #Seawolves offense in a trio of triumphs over Fordham, New Hampshire and UMass Lowell.  This is the first weekly conference honor of her career.

Dolan posted back-to-back 40-plus assist efforts against Fordham (42) and UNH (45) before guiding SB to a season-best .403 team hitting percentage in a sweep of UMass Lowell Sunday. She averaged 8.21 assists per set last week and has now recorded 40 or more assists five times this year. With the Rochester, N.Y., product as their primary setter, the Seawolves hit .260 against Fordham, their third highest percentage of 2013.

Dolan, who entered the week ranked in the nation's top-40 in aces per set, also notched four aces in five-set wins over Fordham and UNH and matched a season-high for blocks (4) against the Rams.

The Seawolves will look to stay red-hot this weekend with matches against Binghamton Friday, Oct. 11 and Albany Sunday, Oct. 13.
