Movchan, a three-time all-conference performer, went 11-3 in dual matches at No. 1 singles, including a 3-0 mark in America East play. She will take a seven-match winning streak entering Division I Championship play at Texas A&M next week.

Smergut led the Seawolves with 22 singles wins, including 10 in dual matches. She went 6-4 at No. 4 singles and posted a pair of straight-set wins at the America East Championship.

Movchan and junior Cassandra Dix (Northamptonshire, U.K.) were named all-conference in doubles. The duo posted an 8-0 record at No. 2, winning 8-2 in both of their championship matches.

Dix, who went 12-1 in dual singles matches, including a 7-0 mark at No. 5, joined Smergut on the second team.

Sophomore Louise Badoche (Paris, France) and freshman Adey Osabuohien (Hazel Crest, Ill.) were named to the second team in doubles play.
