Women's tennis advances to America East semifinals

Seawolves take on No. 1 Boston University in semifinals on Saturday.

2010-11:: Named to second team All-America East at No. 2 doubles along with Salome Mkervalidze ... the duo went 5-1 in doubles action ... played well in singles, going 10-5 ... played primarily at No. 4, going 6-2 ... was 2-1 at the No. 3 position.

2009-10: Went 6-8 overall in singles including 4-4 in dual matches ... was 2-1 at the No. 3 spot ... combined with Salome Mkervalidze to go 5-1 in doubles including No. 4 at the No. 3 position.

2008-09: Played as Stony Brook's No. 1 player in her first season ... went 11-10 overall ... America East Academic Honor Roll and Commissioner's Honor Roll ... reached the national rankings at No. 85 after defeating No. 9 Fani Chifchieva in the fall at the Stony Brook Invitational ... finished 8-5 in doubles competition ... undefeated at 2-0 with both Prerana Appineni and Fanny Charliquart.
