Stony Brook, N.Y. - The Stony Brook softball program and head coach Megan Bryant announced the 2012 fall schedule on Tuesday. The Seawolves will host two tournaments and will hold their annual alumni game on Sept. 22 at 11 a.m.

The slate begins on Sept. 15 with the first Stony Brook Fall Ball Tournament, featuring C.W. Post and Caldwell. The Seawolves will face Post at 10:30 a.m. and Caldwell at 2:30 p.m.

Stony Brook will then travel to Adelphi for a single game on Sept. 21 at 3 p.m. The following day, the Seawolves will welcome their softball predecessors back to campus for the annual alumni game at University Field.

On Sept. 29, Stony Brook will travel across the Long Island Sound to the Fairfield Tournament for matchups against Quinnipiac (1:30 p.m.) and the host Stags (3:30 p.m.).

The team will wrap up its fall ball schedule with an Oct. 5 meeting against C.W. Post at 3 p.m., before hosting Post (10:30 a.m.) and Fairleigh Dickinson (2:30 p.m.) in a second tournament on Oct. 6.
