Centerville, Mass. - Rising senior Allison Cukrov (Irvine, Calif.) was named second team All-ECAC, the organization announced Wednesday.

Cukrov won 23 games, tied for the third most in a season in school history, and posted an ERA of 2.10. She threw complete games in 21 of her 28 starts, including eight shutouts.

The America East Pitcher of the Year allowed 70 runs, 64 earned, in 213 innings. After a rough outing at Cal Poly on March 8, Cukrov entered a stretch of pure dominance. From March 16 to May 9, Cukrov, a second team all-region selection, was 20-0 with a 1.12 ERA in 143 2/3 innings, winning 19 straight starts. Opposing batters hit only .160 during that stretch.

The voting was completed by the head coaches within the ECAC Division I Softball membership.
