AMERICA EAST MEDIA DAY CENTRAL

STONY BROOK BASKETBALL TICKETS: MEN  |  WOMEN

Albany, N.Y. - With the start of the 2012-13 college basketball season just weeks away, America East will hold its 2012 Media Day on Tuesday, October 23 at University at Albany's SEFCU Arena, site of the 2013 America East Championship. Stony Brook Basketball head coaches Beth O'Boyle and Steve Pikiell will represent the Seawolves at the event.

Fans will be able to follow the activities all day long via Media Day Central, at AmericaEast.com, the conference's social media sites and the Stony Brook Twitter account (@SBAthletics). The formal program will be streamed live at AmericaEast.com starting at approximately 12:30 p.m. It will feature comments from America East Commissioner Amy Huchthausen, Albany Vice President & Director of Athletics Lee McElroy and others. The preseason all-conference teams and polls will be unveiled via video and the coaches of the preseason favorite will speak. Following the program, watch interviews with all 18 head coaches, conducted by Eric Frede and produced by Pack Network.

Media Day Central for links to team information, including schedules, capsules and more. The preseason all-conference and poll releases will be available following their release and coaches interviews will be added to the page later in the day
