Stony Brook, N.Y. - The Stony Brook men's soccer team will be holding its second annual Spring Soccer Festival on Friday, April 26, head coach Ryan Anatol announced Wednesday. There will be a pregame clinic for boys and girls, ages 6-13, before the Seawolves take on St. John's at 7 p.m.

A combo ticket that includes entry into the clinic and the game is $10. Tickets to just the game can be purchased in advance for $5 or on gameday at LaValle Stadium for $7.

Clinic registration will take place at 4 p.m., followed by the one-hour soccer clinic. All clinic participants must bring their own soccer ball. Between 6 and 7 p.m., there will be face painting for the children, an auction and music.

The 7 p.m. showdown between the Seawolves and Red Storm will be a battle between two of the top teams in the Northeast Region. Stony Brook has produced 10-win seasons in each of the last three years, advanced to the NCAA Tournament in 2011 and posted its best NCAA RPI ever in 2012, ranking 55th in the nation. St. John's has appeared in the NCAA Tournament in back-to-back seasons.
