Cambridge, Mass. - Jeff Tundo of the Stony Brook men's lacrosse team is one of six candidates for America East Fans' Choice Player of the Year. Voting is live on America East's Facebook page and runs until Tuesday, April 30 at 12 p.m.

Tundo leads the Seawolves in assists (23) and points (55). The senior from upstate New York also is tops among Division I midfielders in total points.

With a three-goal, one-assist performance at Hartford last weekend, Tundo became only the 23rd player in school history to reach the 100-point plateau, accomplishing the feat in only 30 games.

He tallied a career-high nine points earlier this season at St. John's. Tundo, who has 49 goals and 51 assists as a Seawolf, was a first team All-America East selection last season, tallying 17 goals and 28 assists.

A transfer from Ohio State, Tundo's career totals include 92 goals and 78 assists.

Stony Brook will look to complete the regular season a high note, hosting No. 10 Albany on Saturday evening at 7 p.m.
