STONY BROOK, N.Y. (AP) - Terry Crenshaw scored five touchdowns to lead Hofstra to a 61-21 blowout victory Saturday night over Stony Brook.

Crenshaw ran for 135 yards on 19 carries and scored twice in the first quarter as Hofstra (3-2) grabbed a 26-0 lead. He had a 14-yard TD run at 9:21 and then scampered in from 2 yards just three minutes later.

Clinton Graham ran in from 33 yards and Stony Brook quarterback followed with a 3-yard scoring burst to bring the Seawolves (1-5) within 26-14 at 7:39 of the second quarter.

But Crenshaw responded with a 4-yard dash at 4:37 to give Hofstra a 33-14. He then scored from 4 yards and 1 yard in the third quarter to make it 54-21.
