BETHLEHEM, Pa. (AP) - Eric Rath rushed for 134 yards and a touchdown while Neal Boozer-Gallman intercepted a pass and ran 98 yards for another score as Lehigh defeated Stony Brook 25-2 Saturday.

Rath scored to open the fourth quarter on an 11-yard run to put Lehigh (1-0) up 18-0 with 14:07 remaining. A 15-yard touchdown pass from Matt Borda to Adam Bergen after a 57-yard drive gave the Mountain Hawks an 11-0 lead with 7:51 left in the third quarter.

Stony Brook (0-1) got on the board late in the fourth when Borda was sacked in the end zone. But Boozer-Gallman's interception and touchdown run put Lehigh up 25-2 with just over two minutes remaining in the game.

Matt McNelis kicked a 40-yard field goal with 3:21 remaining in the opening quarter to give Lehigh a 3-0 halftime edge. A botched snap gave Lehigh a safety and a 5-0 lead with 13:37 remaining in the third half.
