Offensive Line Coach (3rd season)

Andrew Dees returns to the Seawolves? sideline for his third season as a member of the coaching staff. He enters the 2000 campaign after completing a prestigious internship with the National Football League. This past summer, Dees served as an assistant offensive line coach with the Buffalo Bills during its preseason camp. Dees was a member of the Syracuse University football team for five years from 1987-91. After redshirting his freshman season, Dees started the next four years for the Orangemen, the first three at tight end. A Sporting News preseason All-American at tight end in 1990, Dees switched to offensive tackle in his final season and was chosen as team captain. During his four years, the Orangemen compiled a 35-12-2 record and appeared in four bowl games, winning all four.

After graduation, Dees played one season for the Cincinnati Bengals in 1992 and spent the 1993 season with the Seattle Seahawks. In 1997, Dees was the tight ends coach at Wagner College in N.Y. Prior to coaching at Wagner, he worked as the offensive and defensive line coach for three years at St. John the Baptist High School in West Islip, N.Y.
