Earned All-Northeast Region honors after finishing 12th at NCAA Regionals... won the 2005 America East cross country women's title... named America East performer of the week after finishing third at the Paul Short Invitational... crossed first to lead the Seawolves to the team title at the Fordham Invitational... posted a runner-up finish at the Stony Brook Invitational.
2004-05: Finished second at America East Championships, earning all-conference honors for the third time in her career... earned All-Northeast Region honors with 19th place finish at NCAA Regionals... finished third in the 5000 at America East Indoor Championships... Met Champion in the 3000 steeplechase... captured the steeple title at America East Championships and finished sixth at ECACs... shattered own school record in the steeple at NCAA Regionals to improve her regional ranking from 26th to 13th in the event... captured first place at Seawolves Invite... named America East Performer of the Week after capturing title at Met Championships... placed 31st at Penn State National Invite... team MVP in cross country and outdoor track.
2003-04: Began season with a runner-up finish at Seawolves Invite... placed eighth at America East Championships... finished 28th at NCAA Regionals... member of the America East champion DMR, while finishing fifth in the 1500 and seventh in the 1000... posted an NCAA regional qualifying time and finished third in the steeple at America East Championships.
2002-03: Finished third at Met Championships and America East Championships... crossed 15th at NCAA Regionals... became Stony Brook's first-ever ECAC champion, winning the 5K title... named cross country team MVP.
2001-02: Attended Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand for a year... finished second at New Zealand Cross Country Championships.
